  • Post-Delivery Requests: Once the access credentials have been generated and sent to you, the purchase is considered final. Refunds are not available after this point unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., duplicate charges).

Therefore, we offer a 7-day window from the date of purchase during which you may request a refund, provided the access credentials have not been generated and sent.
